How it works
Customers need to opt-in to receive iMessage. The user must initiate the first communication by sending a message to your contact.
1. Click a hotlink
We provide you with a hotlink that the user needs to click.
The link can be used on a website, in SMS, or email.
This is a hotlink that directly opens the Messages app on an iPhone.
2. Click “Send” in Messages
The pre-defined text you’ve set is already entered in the message field. All the user has to do is press the “Send” button.
That’s it!
Once they’ve sent the message, you’ll be able to communicate with them seamlessly. You can send messages via: our admin panel, API, or third-party retention platform.
